Money-Back Guarantee — 30 Days
Guarantee duration: 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order, as indicated by the carrier's delivery confirmation.
What the guarantee covers:
- Any DUUS Energy+ product purchased directly from duusenergy.com, regardless of flavor or format (12, 24, or 48 gels)
- Unopened (sealed) boxes returned in their original condition
- Partially used boxes if the product was not suitable for you, provided the return is made within the 30-day period
- Orders for which a quality, packaging, or delivery issue has been identified
Available options:
- Full refund of the amount paid, excluding original shipping costs if applicable
- Exchange for another flavor or format of your choice, subject to stock availability at the time of return
What the Guarantee Does Not Cover
To maintain quality standards for all our customers, certain situations are not eligible for our return guarantee:
- Returns initiated after the 30-day period following the order receipt date
- Products damaged due to improper storage (prolonged exposure to excessive heat, humidity, or frost)
- Products purchased from third-party resellers (such as Popeye's Supplements in-store) — returns must be made directly to the reseller according to their own policy
- Orders for which the order number cannot be verified in our system
- Cases where the product has been entirely used and no valid reason for return is provided
How to Initiate a Return — Simple Steps
Step 1 — Contact our team
Before making your return, you must contact the Duus Nutrition team to obtain return authorization. You can do this in two ways:
- Via the contact form available on duusenergy.com/pages/contact
- By including in your message: your full name, your order number, the reason for the return, and your preference (refund or exchange)
Our team will respond within 24 to 48 business hours with return instructions and the shipping address.
Step 2 — Prepare your return package
Once your return is authorized, carefully package the products to be returned in their original packaging if possible, or in equivalent protective packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note indicating your order number in your package to facilitate processing.
Step 3 — Ship your return
Ship the package to the address provided by our team. We recommend using a shipping service with tracking to confirm receipt of your return. Shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (wrong product shipped, manufacturing defect, or quality issue).
Step 4 — Processing your refund or exchange
Upon receipt and verification of your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 10 business days. The refund will be made to the same payment method used for the original purchase. Depending on your financial institution, the time it takes for the refund to appear on your statement may vary from 3 to 10 additional days after processing on our end.
Subscription-Specific Policy
If you are subscribed to the DUUS recurring delivery program, the following conditions apply in addition to the general return policy:
- Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel or pause your subscription at any time from your customer account on duusenergy.com, provided you have completed a minimum of two orders as indicated at the time of subscription.
- Returns on Subscription Orders: The same return conditions apply to orders placed as part of a subscription. The 30-day guarantee applies to each individual delivery.
- Frequency Change: You can change the frequency of your deliveries (30, 45, or 60 days) at any time from your customer account, without any fees or penalties.
- Locked Price: The price of your subscription is guaranteed for the entire duration of your subscription. No price increase will be applied without prior reasonable notice to you.
Damaged or Defective Products Upon Delivery
If you receive a product damaged during delivery or if you find a manufacturing defect when opening your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the product and packaging. In this case, we will cover all return shipping costs and proceed with an immediate replacement or a full refund according to your preference, at no cost to you.
Order Errors on Our Part
If you receive a product different from what you ordered (wrong flavor, wrong size, or missing product), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and a photo of the product received. We will correct the error at our expense by shipping you the correct product as soon as possible, or by offering a full refund if the correct product is not in stock.
